Team GOKarate

Goldsboro Okinawa Karatedo's competition team (Team GOKarate) competes in traditional karate events and the AAU National Karate Program. Our team participates in local, state, regional, and national level competitions, competing in kobudo, kata, kumite, and team events. Members of Team GOKarate receive additional team training that works to increase speed, endurance, agility, timing, and dynamics. They also get to travel and build new friendships, all while being karate ambassadors.
