Teen and Adult Class
The Teen and Adult Class teaches students ages 13 and older traditional Shorinryu Karate from Okinawa, Japan: the birthplace of Karate. Students learn the importance of basic fundamentals such as stances, blocks, punches, and kicks. They also learn more advanced fundamentals of Shorinryu Karate, such as self-defense, bunkai, and practical applications of kata and kumite. This class also exposes students to teamwork and leadership opportunities to develop and improve confidence, respect, discipline.

Teen/Adult Class B
Tuesday and Thursday
from 7:05 PM - 8:05 PM
Teen/Adult Class A is targeted towards our adult students while Teen/Adult Class B is for teenaged students; however, we work with students who have scheduling conflicts. Students who are interested in the Advanced Membership can attend both A and B classes.
